Question :when close the down PVC LABEL MAKING full automatic production tunnel furnace temperature ,why the down temperature will be same as upper temperature .

PVC LABLE automatic production line consist of two tunnel furnece , the furnace is closed box , the down oven is made of iron plate that can recelive the heating from upper oven,after long time running , down oven temperature will be same as upper oven . This suitation is happened in many factories . Please ensure the oven works continually with molds . If use one mold to test the oven , the oven will not work stable at all.

Attention 1: Please do not use one piece of mold to test the tunnel furnace .

· When start the oven , the temperature will be high , after few hours working , oven will have stable temperature, if dont want to have such high temperature ,close the down temperature or reduce the upper temperature. Besides , the tunnel furnace can only use for continue working with molds , cant use a piece of mold to test . If the molds continually enter the oven , the molds will cover the down iron ,upper temperature mostly passes to the molds , and the down temperature will be decreased.

Attention 2:

· The tunnel furance has speed , if the temperature is too high ,increase the oven speed. the molds heating time will be decreased.

· High attention , please dont use one mold or keep the oven working without molds . make sure the oven working continually with molds.
